We DO NOT offer returns or refunds. Once the order is placed, all items are final.

Exchanges are only allowed in cases of wrong order delivery, based on the customer's actual order, and are subject to availability. We only accept full-priced items in their original packaging, unworn, and free from scratches, washing, damage, or alterations.
