SHIPPING & EXCHANGE

Shipping Policy

All our orders are fulfilled via Ninja Van and we only ship locally, within Malaysia.

The cost of shipping are auto-calculated at the check-out and is based on the weight and location of your order. Delivery should take an estimate of 1-4 working days for West Malaysia and estimate of 3-5 working days for East Malaysia. International order will be made available, soon. 

 

We will notify via email once the parcel has been dropped over to the courier. You can track your parcels at https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking

Time of shipping: Your purchased item(s) will be shipped only after we receive clear payment. Shipping days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays (unless stated otherwise). Longer processing time might be needed during peak seasons or temporary stock shortages (customers will be notified).

Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not offer Return/Refund itemsOnce the order is placed, all items are final.

 

Exchanges are only allowed once in cases of wrong order delivery, based on the customer's actual order, and are subject to availability. We only accept full-priced items in their original packaging, unworn, and free from scratches, washing, damage, or alterations. Please drop us an email at contact@seruofficial.com and we will assist you with your inquiries. 

 

You have 3 days to return an item to us for an exchange from the date you received it. Once we have received the item, please allow us to check on the exchange item and availability of the new requests. 
 

Once again, do note that the item must still be “brand new”, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the rights to reject if labels/tags are torn off and/or the item is damaged. 

 

How to exchange:

  1. Drop us an email with the title “Exchange” with your order at contact@seruofficial.com and please include your order number in the email. 

  2. Once we have gone through and approved your order we will reach out to you on the  returning process. 

 

Additional info:

  • Please note that you are currently to bear the return shipping cost for the exchange. 

  • Please note that the exchange item depends on the availability. Should the design is not available, SERU has the right to offer alternative option upon agreement with the customer.

  • We will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon delivery/return.
